How do you handle concierge access and parking?
We arrange it before the first visit: the caregiver's name on the approved list at the front desk, where to park, and how groceries and deliveries get to the unit. The building instructions become part of the care plan so a replacement caregiver follows the same steps.
Can you start when my mother is discharged from Baylor?
Yes. Baylor University Medical Center and UT Southwestern are the hospitals we discharge from most in this part of Dallas. We can meet you there and have a caregiver in the unit when she arrives home.
